1. The Price mentioned is inclusive of Central Excise. CST and other local taxes will be charged extra.

4. Form ‘C’ should accompany the order (whenever applicable).
5. Octroi and terminal tax is payable by purchaser at destination.
6. All supplies will be made on receipt of Cash / Demand Draft.
7. In non –insured goods no claim regarding damage or shortage of the goods occurring in transit are entertained.
8. Order will be executed subject to availability of stocks.
9. For F.O.R. destination supplies, minimum order value should be Rs. 10,000/=(Ten thousand Only)
